Dear Colleagues,

We started having receiver problems at NSSP in Armenia on January 31 of this
year. Subsequent investigations revealed a broken TurboRogue, and we are
working on a solution to restore operations. We do currently not have an
estimate of when the site will be back in operation.

Our apologies for the inconvenience this will cause.
