Due to a power interruption the GPS-receiver broke on May 8, 2002 (DOY=128)
and had to be repaired at AOA. The NTUS IGS station was out of operation since
then and after its repair the IGS station NTUS is operational again since
August 14, 2002 (DOY=226) 07:16 UTC.
