Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that data from the Galapagos site (GALA)
may be affected by local activity near the monument. Disturbances
as early as Nov 11 (d314) have been reported. I suggest that data
from this site not be used until it can be determined that the
data quality has improved, or that it it finally time to move to
an installed alternate monument, at which time an announcement
will be made.

Apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks for feedback from
IGS analysis centers.
