From Wednesday 12th March 2003 The IGS/IGLOS site HERP
will cease operations. The Ashtech Z-18 is being moved 
to a new (superior) monument nearby. Data submission 
from the new HERT marker should begin within the next 
week or two. Notification of HERT startup will be sent 
by IGSMAIL/IGLOSMAIL and log files will be prepared and 
submitted to IGSCB in advance.
