Dear IGS Colleagues,

The igscb.jpl.nasa.gov server is now online and indications are that
all is working fine.  If you experience any problems, please let us
know right away.

Please note that there has been a change in the ftp server.  It acts
like any other ftp server, but there are some differences in the
particular response messages it gives to commands.  If you use scripts
to access the igscb ftp server and you think this may affect the
operation of your script, you should check and make sure it is
working properly.
