We have been told by the IT staff at GSFC that the networking problems
experienced yesterday here have been resolved and network traffic flows
have returned to normal.  We are currently reviewing our archive to ensure
all data have been received and processed.  We apologize for the problems
yesterday's network situation at GSFC caused the user community.
