Ladies and Gentlemen

We changed the external frequency source for the
Ashtech Z-XII3T (Metronome) in the
WTZA GPS Permanent Tracking Station.

Prior 2004-02-03T12:30Z it got the 20 MHz input
from the H-MASER EFOS 18.

Since 2004-02-03T12:30Z it uses the 20 MHz input
from the Cesium Master Clock.
