Spaceflight Now has a very interesting article on Saturday's
planned launch of the IIR-11 GPS satellite (SVN59); see
  http://www.spaceflightnow.com/

This will be the 50th spacecraft in the constellation and
is planned to be placed into Plane C, slot 3.  It will
replace the ailing 11-year old SVN31 (PRN31) in mid-April.
