Unfortunately, the problems with the CDDIS server is taking longer to 
fix than previously anticipated.  However, the systems people assure 
me that progress is being made, and the CDDIS system should be up and 
running by Thursday morning.  There is even a small chance that CDDIS 
could be up on Wednesday afternoon; I am hoping for this time frame. 
Once again, we regret all the difficulties we are causing the user 
community.
