Dear IGS colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to the Requests for Proposals for 
the Plate Boundary Observatory GPS Analysis Centers and Analysis Center 
Coordinator, which are now available on the PBO web site at 
http://pbo.unavco.org.  UNAVCO is soliciting proposals for two Analysis 
Centers, which will analyze raw PBO GPS data to create station position 
solutions, and an Analysis Center Coordinator, who will combine the two 
Analysis Center products to create the official PBO combined position 
and velocity solutions, among other products.

Please submit proposals in response to the Analysis Center solicitation

Proposals are due at UNAVCO by 5 PM MST on 1 November 2004 by regular 
or express mail (no faxes).  Proposals should be submitted as a single 
integrated file in PDF format on a PC-formatted CD-ROM.  It is the 
responsibility of the proposer to ensure that the CD-ROM and the PDF 
file are readable and uncorrupted.

The Plate Boundary Observatory is the geodetic component of EarthScope 
and is funded by the National Science Foundation.
