The IGS Data Center at BKG ('igs.ifag.de') has been experiencing problems
with its storage since the beginning of the month. A repair made 3 weeks 
ago proved unsuccessful as the system failed again Monday morning at 9:00
UT.
Presently we are online again with the remotely mounted storage of another
server. This results in  poorer performance. Please bear with us until we 
have acquired a replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
