U.S. States and Localities Subcommittee (USSLS)
The Subcommittee Chair, Ken Bays, BLM in Oregon, retired on 1 March. 
Rudy Persaud is acting as Chair until a replacement can be elected at 
the September meeting.  I am now accepting nominations for the 
position of USSLS Chair.

The Western Region Meeting of the CGSIC U.S. States and Localities 
Meeting will be held in Anchorage, Alaska 18-19 May 2005.  Please
