NOTIFICATION:

We observed a third repositioning event with respect to the recently
launched PRN17/SVN53 satellite on:

25-Oct-2005 19:53:06 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1346.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    0.2 mm/sec (radial)
   27.8 mm/sec (along track)
    0.4 mm/sec (out of plane)
