Dear Colleagues,

The final date for submitting to the Tech Report for 2003-2004 will 
be December 30, 2005.  For reference, below I include the 
contributions to date, some are still expected to be completed.

After this combined report for the two years, we plan to get back to 
publishing yearly reports.

If anyone on the list below will still be sending a contribution or 
has any additional delay, please advise.  Reports are to go as final 
pdf versions to Carey Noll - as a reminder - see:

A complete Technical Report  series is an important part of 
demonstrating to our many sponsoring organizations what we 
collectively achieve.  Your contribution, even if quite brief, is a 
critical part of the success of the IGS.
