[IGSMAIL-5284]: I: All ASI activities for IGS/EUREF are switched off !

This is to inform you that starting from January 1st 2006 all ASI
activities in IGS/EUREF framework (stations, data collection and
analysis)    have been temporarily  stopped due to difficulties in
signing the contract with Telespazio company concerning the operational
activities of the Space Geodesy Center at Matera. The suspension was
forced by ASI Headquarter which decided to switch off all the technical
facilities at Matera till the contract is not active. I am sorry for the
inconveniences on your activities due to such dramatic occurrence. We
hope the troubles will be solved as soon as possible.
