dear igs community,

users who see problems with the general switch to the SP3c-format of
the igs-orbits can use the small perl-script for SP3c -> SP3a conversion
allready mentioned in igsmail 5000.

Steve Hilla has provided a small executable for windows users not running
perl in their environment.

the executable with c-source and the perl-script are available via:
