NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to the recently launched
PRN31/SVN52 satellite on:

06-Oct-2006 03:41:09 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1395.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
   -20.2 mm/sec (radial)
 -5817.4 mm/sec (along track)
    42.2 mm/sec (out of plane)
