Dear IGS Colleagues,

Site RIO2 in Rio Grande, Argentina has been added to the IGS network, following unfortunate damage to the mounting of RIOG which caused its decommission. RIO2 is operated by GeoForschungZentrum Potsdam and Estacion Astronomica Rio Grande. Daily and hourly data is available at IGS Data Centers. RIO2 is about 10mm from RIOG.
