Dear IGS Colleagues,

An update to the IGS antenna calibration file provided by Ralf Schmid
is now posted at

ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/station/general/igs05_1451.atx
and linked to the static filename
ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/station/general/igs05.atx

Ralf summarized the changes as follows:

1) The latest Block IIR-M satellite launched on 17 October 2007 has been
added with a preliminary z-offset value of 70.0 cm:

G15 (G055)

2) Decommission dates for the following satellites have been added:

G15 (G015): 14 March 2007
G29 (G029): 23 October 2007

3) A reference describing the generation of the absolute IGS antenna
correction model has been added:

of a consistent absolute phase center correction model for GPS receiver
and satellite antennas. J Geod, DOI: 10.1007/s00190-007-0148-y
