Dear Colleague,

A new version of the 'BKG NTRIP Client' (BNC) can be downloaded from
http://igs.bkg.bund.de/index_ntrip_down.htm. The new functions
of BNC comprise

- Decoding of ephemeris from RTCM Version 3.x and RTIGS streams,
- Optional RINEX v3 output,
- SBAS support,
- Monitoring of stream failure/recovery and latency.
