To session conveners:

Please send the detailed plans for your sessions to Jim.Ray @ noaa.gov, including oral presentation and poster information.  If abstracts are provided, they will be posted too.  Please refer to the detailed program
schedule at

for some example sessions.

Conveners are also asked to please provide session recommendations and position papers (for those sessions requested) no later than 16 May.  Note that the value of these documents is greatly reduced if they are not available before the workshop.

To Poster Paper Sumitters:

At the moment, it looks like the Poster Boards will be 36"x48" = 91cm x 122 cm in Landscape format. This will hopefully be finalized next week. Due to the number of poster papers and the size of the room, we'll display 1/2 of the papers Mon-Tue and the remaining 1/2 on Wed-Fri and try to display them concurrent with the sessions on those days.
