Gerard Petit has posted an updated version of IERS
Conventions Chaper 10 on general relativistic models
today.  Please refer to the website:

The main changes, thanks to the efforts of U. Hugentobler,
J. Kouba, S. Klioner, J. Ries, and G. Petit are:

* New definition of TDB following IAU Resolution B3
(2006) and correspondingly new description of the
relations between time scales.

* New section "Transformation between proper time and
coordinate time in the vicinity of the Earth", including
effects and conventions relevant to GNSS clocks.

* Numerical examples for the relativistic terms in the
acceleration of an Earth's satellite.
