Fellow Colleagues,

Although there has been no data from station HFLK for quite some time, 
I'd like to at this
time formally announce its permanent decommissioned status within the 
IGS network.

This station has been replaced with HFL2, however, it is *not* in the 
IGS network.
It is my understanding that plans to propose this station to IGS are 
being developed.

Please don't hesitate to reply if there are any questions.
