After a long delay, a new permanent URL is now in
place for the IGS ACC website under the igs.org
domain:

  http://acc.igs.org/

The previous address should be automatically redirected
to this new address.  If there are any problems, please
let me know.

FYI, the section on GPS Ultra-rapid products has been
greatly expanded with a number of new plots and other
information.
