NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to the recently launched
PRN01/SVN49 satellite on:

06-Apr-2009 20:56:45 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1526.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    -9.0 mm/sec (radial)
  3682.3 mm/sec (along track)
   -17.9 mm/sec (out of plane)
