NOTIFICATION:

We observed a second repositioning event with respect to the recently
launched PRN01/SVN49 satellite on:

08-Apr-2009 11:46:36 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1526.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    -9.1 mm/sec (radial)
  3461.7 mm/sec (along track)
   -29.8 mm/sec (out of plane)
