Dear Colleagues,

The third and final circular on the 2009 ILRS Technical Workshop on  
"SLR Tracking of GNSS Constellations" in Metsovo, Greece, September  
14-19, 2009, hosted by the National Technical University of Athens,  
Greece (NTUA), has now been released. The web site for the meeting  
has been updated with a program listing that links each presentation  
to a PDF file for your reference:
