Dear Colleagues,

Due to a receiver tracking problem we regret to inform you that we have lost data
between April 5 - 20th. The problem seems to have been remedied, and we are boldly
resuming our publishing of SEY1 data. Our apologies for the inconvenience this may
have caused.
