  Dear Colleagues,

  I'm writing to inform that on DOY 151.4 (MJD 53121.4; 31 May, 2005; 
09:40 UTC) the UTC(IEN) time scale - which provides the external reference 
signals (20 MHz and 1pps) for IENG receiver - was delayed by 120.0 ns.
