Due to problems caused by hackers we have been forced to migrate to our new
FTP server prematurely effective 2005-07-27. There is no change to the name
of the server (wcda.pgc.nrcan.gc.ca). However there is a change to the
directory tree structure. The new FTP server uses the following structure:

/pub/gpsdata/rinex/YYYY/DDD

Please update your retrieval scripts appropriately.

Our apologies for the short notice and unannounced change(s).
