[IGSSTATION-784]: GOPE: new antenna installed

The GOPE station is running again. The broken antenna was replaced by
a lent antenna of same type (ASH701946.3 SNOW). The updated site log was
sent to the central bureau.

We thank the Institute of Rock Structure and Mechanic of the Academy of
Science of the Czech Republic for lent the antenna.
