[IGSSTATION-839]: LAMA station abnormal behavior

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that in the recent weeks LAMA station showed 
abnormal behavior, which started around January 1, 2006 (GPS week 
1356). This behavior is characterized by unusual coordinate residuals 
(e.g., see http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igsnetwork/site/lama.html). The 
most probably cause is the heavy snowfall we had in January and February 2006.
