Dear IGS colleagues,
Starting next week (1384), THU3 will not be included in
the Reference Frame realization. The reason is that the
extrapolated position to the current epoch using the
position/velocity from IGb00 is no longer adequate.
This is only temporary. Tests with the upcoming IGS05
indicates that everything should be coming back to normal.
