Dear colleagues,

since 2006 December 21th at 12.00 UTC, the external frequency reference for 
the italian realization of UTC [UTC(IT)], has provisionally changed to a 
commercial Cesium, from the previous H-Maser. Hence, IENG data users will 
notice a change in frequency from that date.
