Our Ashtech receiver in NAIN has finally begun responding to our 
communication attempts. Regular data submissions should resume 
tonight and we are presently in the process of downloading all 
missing days since day 167. There will be some occasional data 
outages for short periods during the power outages.

We apologize for the long data outage at this site. Our local contact 
has been very busy and slow to respond to our requests. It also took 
over 3 weeks to ship up a new modem (which did not resolve the 
problem). We have shipped a spare receiver in case of further 
problems.
