[IGSSTATION-1907]: ESCU, QIKI, RESO data resubmissions

Agency:    Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Geodetic Survey Division

There were significant portions of data missing from the beginning of 
the daily RINEX submissions for these sites. Specifically, the 
following days are incomplete:

ESCU: 308, 310, 312
QIKI: 298, 299, 305, 309, 310, 313
RESO: 298, 306, 311

We have recovered the complete daily files for these days and 
resubmitted them to the IGS archives.

We are also in the process of recovering complete daily files for 
station SHE2 (Shediac). I will advise when that data has been 
resubmitted.
