[IGSSTATION-1909]: KIR0, MAR6, VIS0: firmware upgrade and maintenance

Dear Colleagues,

The Javad receiver firmware of the KIR0, MAR6 and VIS0 stations has been upgraded to version 2.6.0.
We have also performed some maintenance, including check of the external frequency. As a result the daily RINEX published for these stations have irreplaceable data gaps, DOY
317-318. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Updated site logs will be submitted to IGSCB.
