The HARB data files content wrong receiver type "Ashtech UZ-12" in the
RINEX Headers. We corrected the receiver type to "ASHTECH UZ-12" in the
RINEX Headers and put the corrected data files into the queue for the
next transmission to the IGN Data Center.
