Dear colleagues,
 We hope to have new receivers at both GUUG and CNMR installed during 
the first week in February, when the receivers are installed the 
logfiles will be updated. CNMR may or may not have suffered from a 
permanent data failure. GUUG has not been collecting data since it 
stopped sending data on 2007-292.
 Our apologies for these outages.
