[IGSSTATION-2023]: KIT3 meteo sensor damaged

Dear Colleagues,

the kit3 meteo sensor is malfunctioning since October 2007 (DoY 274). The reported 
pressure 'PR' is sometimes too low. The meteo sensor is damaged and needs to be replaced.

All kit3 meteo data since DoY 274 / 2007 should not be used and should be removed from any 
data base.

We will inform you as soon as the meteo sensor is replaced.
