my colleagues did an upgrade of the firmware in the JPS LEGACY
GPS+GLONASS Receiver from 2.6.0 OCT,24,2007 O to 2.6.1 JAN,10,2008 in
the TITZ GPS+GLONASS Permanent Tracking Station (Germany),
2008-01-25T08:00Z.
