Power was restored to our RESO station last night. Due to the power 
outage data was permanently lost for the following period:

From:	Day 197 / 23:30:30
To:	Day 199 / 00:52:30

Missing data files for Days 196 and 197 (partial) have been uploaded 
to the IGS archives. The partial file for today (199) will be 
uploaded tonight.
