Dear colleagues,

On 12-NOV-2008 new GPS/GLONASS receiver NovAtel DL-V3 (IGS code:
NOV OEMV3) and antenna NOV702GG without dome were installed at KHAR 
station (Kharkiv, Ukraine).

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.
