Dear Colleagues,

We have recently experienced some power problems at the Yamoussoukro, Ivory 
Coast (YKRO) IGS station.  As a result, we have three unrecoverable data 
outages.  The data outage times are the following:

2009-01-31 23:44 -- 2009-02-01 08:01 UTC
2009-02-01 16:00 -- 18:31 UTC
2009-02-01 20:00 -- 2009-02-02 14:46 UTC

A replacement battery has been shipped and should be installed soon.  We 
apologize for the inconvenience these outages may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the YKRO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Bureau National D'Etudes Techniques with 
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science 
Mission Directorate.
