Dear IGS users,

We would like to inform you that we will change the KOUC receiver (NETRS - 
GPS only) with a NETR5 (GPS and GLONASS) today on 2009-11-16 (DOY320).
An updated log file of KOUC has been sent to 'igscb'.
The data transfert of 24h30s rinex files will be resumed with CDDIS and 
IGN ftp servers as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience this replacement will cause.
