Dear Colleagues,

Data publication has resumed at the Richardsbay, South Africa (RBAY) station. 
No data was collected for December 21st (2009.355) - March 10th (2010.069). 
March 11-13 have partially complete days.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the RBAY station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and HartRAO, with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
