Dear Colleagues,
 I have just upgraded the measurement engine to 3.018 for BARH which 
was left untouched during the receiver tracking failure.
 I have update the site log without adding a new section 3 as the 
firmware has not changed, but by adding a comment in the additional 
information section of 3.10. A site log has been submitted to IGSCB
