[IGSSTATION-3951] METS: Antenna changed and back online

Dear Colleagues,

The antenna of METS station has been changed and the station is back 
online. For DOY232-DOY234 the daily files have wrong antenna type, and 
the sitelog had wrong antenna number, but now they are corrected and a 
new site log has been submitted.

We apologize for any inconveniences.
