The IGS Clock Product Coordinator forms the IGS timescales based on the
clock solutions of IGS Analysis Centers. IGS Rapid and Final products
are aligned to these timescales. The Clock Products Working Group is the
result of a transition from the earlier IGS/BIPM Time Transfer Pilot Project
(chaired by Jim Ray) to a more operational status.
