Real-time Data Streaming from GPS Networks (TALK) M. Jackson and C. Meertens UCAR/UNAVCO Boulder Facility, C. Rocken, UCAR/COSMIC UNAVCO is supporting a number of real-time data streaming methods used for collection and redistribution of GPS data from global, regional and local GPS networks. The core streaming software, "JStream", is a JAVA-based application for collecting, compressing, and redistributing GPS/GLONASS data. JStream is largely platform independent and uses TEQC for data manipulation. JStream is designed to handle GPS data from all geodetic receivers in a uniform fashion and to provide low latency data. Data streams are handled locally or via VSAT, Internet or radio-modem communications or a combination of these methods.
